Ingredients
- 1- 13.8 oz tube refrigerated pizza crust
- Cooking spray
- 8 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tsp dry minced onion
- 2 tsp dry parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1- 15 oz can Libby’s Country Sausage Gravy
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup real bacon bits
Instructions
- Unroll the pizza dough onto the baking sheet and spread it using your hands, until it covers the whole sheet.
- Poke holes in it with a fork and bake for 7 mins in the preheated oven.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, minced onion, dry parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and scramble the eggs until light and fluffy.
- Make the pizza:- spread the gravy over the par-baked pizza crust- spoon the scrambled eggs evenly on top- sprinkle the shredded cheddar and bacon evenly over the eggs
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
