  • Avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Dijon mustard

How To Make 5-Minute Easy Marinated Salad

  1. Make the dressing: Combine the vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Heat on medium-low until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Mix in the Dijon mustard.

  • 1- 15 oz can green beans, drained
  • 1- 15 oz can shoe peg corn, drained
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, chopped
  • 1-2 oz jar pimentos, chopped

  • cup sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
  • ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup avocado oil (or light olive oil)
  • 1 tsp salt
