Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage head
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp dry minced onion
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with foil and preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Cut the cabbage into one-inch slices and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the oil over the steaks and sprinkle them with the dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake for 40-45 mins or until easily pierced by a fork.
