- 1 cabbage head
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp dry minced onion
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
Line a baking sheet with foil and preheat the oven to 350 F.
Cut the cabbage into one-inch slices and place them on the baking sheet.
Drizzle the oil over the steaks and sprinkle them with the dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 40-45 mins or until easily pierced by a fork.
