- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ cup Original Bisquick Baking Mix
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 eggs
Spray a pie dish with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 400 F
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef with the onion, bell pepper, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper until fully cooked. Transfer the meat mixture to the pie dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the meat.
Mix the bisquick, milk, and eggs in a bowl until well combined (don’t worry if a few lumps remain), and pour over the meat and cheese.
Bake for 30 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
