- 12 oz package steam-in-bag cauliflower rice
- 1 ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Steam the cauliflower in the microwave according to package instructions and place it on a dish towel. Squeeze as much water out of it as you can and place it in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Place 1 tbsp mounds of mixture on the baking sheet, 2 inches apart from each other. Using the bottom of a glass and a little square of parchment paper, press them into circles.
