Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 4 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Spread a large flour tortilla with 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Place half of the banana slices and chocolate chips on one half of the tortilla. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  • Fold one half of the tortilla over the filling.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and spray with cooking spray.
  • Cook the quesadilla until golden brown on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side until golden brown.
