- 2 large flour tortillas
- 4 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Spread a large flour tortilla with 2 tbsp peanut butter
Place half of the banana slices and chocolate chips on one half of the tortilla. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Fold one half of the tortilla over the filling.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and spray with cooking spray.
Cook the quesadilla until golden brown on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side until golden brown.
