- 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 ½ tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds. Set aside.
Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add the sesame seed oil. Once hot, saute the sliced garlic until slightly golden brown (be careful not to burn them). Add the sliced red onion and green beans. Cook until the beans are crisp-tender, about 6-7 minutes.
Pour in the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the green beans.
