Can I Use Other Nuts Instead Of Walnuts?
Yes, you can. You can use chopped pecans, cashews, almonds, or peanuts.
Do I Have To Brown The Butter?
Browning the butter gives it a nutty, deep flavor. You can use melted butter, but the flavor of the glaze will not be the same.
Brownie Banana Bread Tips:
- If you’re using overripe mashed bananas, you can reduce the amount of sugar in the brownies.
- Make sure the butter is soft so it’s easy to blend together with the sugar, sour cream, and eggs.
- Be careful not to burn the butter. It’s better to cook it over medium-low heat until it turns brown.
