Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 1- 8 oz brick Feta cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup freshly chopped basil
  • 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked and kept warm

Instructions

  • Cook the bow tie pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Place the grape tomatoes, Feta cheese, Italian seasoning, and olive oil in a 4-quart baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes burst and the cheese is soft and creamy.
  • Mix the Feta cheese with the tomatoes and the chopped fresh basil until well combined and creamy.
  • Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine. Serve hot.

Notes

  1. Reserve ½ cup of pasta cooking water if you feel the sauce is too thick.
  2. You can reduce the amount of olive oil for a lower-calorie meal.
