- 2 ½ cups grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1- 8 oz brick Feta cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup freshly chopped basil
- 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked and kept warm
Cook the bow tie pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Place the grape tomatoes, Feta cheese, Italian seasoning, and olive oil in a 4-quart baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes burst and the cheese is soft and creamy.
Mix the Feta cheese with the tomatoes and the chopped fresh basil until well combined and creamy.
Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine. Serve hot.
- Reserve ½ cup of pasta cooking water if you feel the sauce is too thick.
- You can reduce the amount of olive oil for a lower-calorie meal.
