- 16 oz rectangular refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 tsp pizza sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup mini pepperoni, or chopped pepperoni
- 1 cups Mozzarella, shredded
Spray a muffin tin pan with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 400 F
Unroll the pizza dough into a rectangle and spread with pizza sauce.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, parsley flakes, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle the pepperoni and shredded mozzarella evenly on top. Roll as tightly as you can, cigar style, and cut into 12 slices. Place the slices into the muffin tins and bake for 12-14 minutes or until slightly golden and the cheese is melted.
