- 4 russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Thoroughly wash and dry the potatoes. Poke them with a fork all over.
Place the potatoes in a bowl and drizzle the avocado oil over them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss them until well coated with the oil.
Using tongs, put them in the basket of your air fryer. Bake them at 400 F for about 35 minutes flipping them over halfway.
