Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Thoroughly wash and dry the potatoes. Poke them with a fork all over.
  • Place the potatoes in a bowl and drizzle the avocado oil over them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss them until well coated with the oil.
  • Using tongs, put them in the basket of your air fryer. Bake them at 400 F for about 35 minutes flipping them over halfway.
