Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, ground mustard, salt, and pepper. With your hands wet, form the mixture into meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until evenly browned.
