Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen cut green beans (in a microwavable pouch)
  • 1- 10.5 cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • tsp Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ crispy fried onions, divided

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a 2 qt baking dish and preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Microwave the green beans in the bag according to package instructions, and let them cool for 5 minutes before opening the bag.
  • Combine them with the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt, one cup of crispy onions, and freshly cracked black pepper to taste in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Transfer to a 2 qt baking dish and bake for 30-35 mins, uncovered. Remove from the oven, stir, top with the remaining ½ cup of crispy onions, and bake for 10 more minutes until golden brown.
