For the dressing:
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup lite mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dried dill
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the salad:
- 2 large English cucumbers, sliced into ¼-inch slices
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
Make the dressing: mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
Place the sliced cucumbers and onion in a salad bowl, drizzle the dressing on top, and toss to comine.
Refrigetare for one hour prior to serving.
