Ingredients

For the dressing:

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup lite mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dried dill
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the salad:

  • 2 large English cucumbers, sliced into ¼-inch slices
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Make the dressing: mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Place the sliced cucumbers and onion in a salad bowl, drizzle the dressing on top, and toss to comine.
  • Refrigetare for one hour prior to serving.
